Created by John Ivers, “Blue Flash” is a fully-functional roller coaster — complete with loop — that he built in his backyard. The Blue Flash is a 180-foot long home-made welded and made roller coaster featuring a 360-degree loop and it actually works safely. John Ivers built the Blue Flash and it cost him only $1500 to build the coaster.
