The Taiwan Institute of Marine Biology first graduation ceremony was held in the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium (NMMBA), Pingtung, Taiwan on June 25, 2007. The institute was established by collaboration between the NMMBA and National Donghua University.During the speech of students and guests, all fishes gathered together to celebrate the occasion. Such effects created an absolutely hilarious and unique moment.
